XMWIS: Motif wi signal meter

you need:
	* 'wi' wireless LAN pcmcia card
	* Motif or Open Motif or Lesstif environment
	* NetBSD 1.5 alpha or later (or you can challenge with others)

build:

install:

usage:
	Usage: xmwis [-h|-s|-n|-p |-r ]
	        -h: show help
	        -s: display 'signal' instead of 'quality'
	        -n: display 'noise' instead of 'quality'
	        -p: polling interval [msec] (default 500msec)
	        -r: redraw interval [msec] (default 100msec)

note:
	* meter shows 'quality' of quality/signal/noise values by default.
	* each meter digit (1,2,,,20) shows 10 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
	* about a mark placed at the right side of xmwis log,
	  GREEN means tx rate less than 11Mbps, RED means 11Mbps,
	  and DARK-green means probably not-running state.

todo:
	* this program is really based on Motif, however, it uses
	  just LITTLE of facilities of that. I think you can easily (?)
	  rewrite it to be base only on Xt.
